Sarah Coleman, MA LMFT RPT-S
Life can bring many challenging events that can cause pain, sadness, anger, self-doubt, confusion, trauma and shame. Through therapy, individuals can gain insight into how these events impacted them as a person and/or their family. Insight can bring knowledge of how those events/relationships shaped who one is, how one thinks and feels as well as how you navigate your world. Identifying these puzzle pieces can help decide which pieces you want to keep and which pieces you want to alter via the therapeutic process. With that then a person and/or family can bring about the changes wanted to live healthier, with hope and greater balance.
Working with children and families has been a passion of my work. Walking alongside individuals impacted by abuse, violence, divorce and life challenges has been an honor. The name Seeds for Change Counseling was created to honor the missions of supporting clients by planting seeds. Through nurturance, love, personal growth and acceptance, these seeds will grow into what each person needs to continue their life journey

“And as we fly, we still may not know where we are going to. But the miracle is in the unfolding of the wings. You may not know where you’re going, but you know that so long as you spread your wings, the winds will carry you”
