Jenna White

My journey into Marriage and Family Therapy is driven by a deep desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives, guiding them towards deeper understanding of themselves, connection, and healing.

I believe in the power of connection and understanding, offering open arms to everyone who enters my therapy space, regardless of age, sex, race, or sexual preference. Each person's journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring therapy to meet individual needs and foster healing.

As a dedicated marriage and family therapy intern, I am passionate about providing person-centered and trauma-informed therapy. My approach emphasizes creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals and families can explore their experiences and achieve personal growth.

In my practice, I integrate narrative therapy to help clients reshape and reclaim their personal narratives, emotionally focused therapy to strengthen relational bonds and facilitate emotional expression, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address patterns of thinking that may be impacting emotional well-being.
